I bought the GZ250 manual from the dealer. About $50.
Valve adjustment tool is $5 additional. I can't find the manual at this time, but you can't go wrong by adjusting both intake and exhaust to .003 inches. If I turn up the manual, I will repost correct numbers.
In the meantime you could call the dealer for correct numbers.
